Butter Chicken
500 g chicken breast.
2 tablespoons salted butter Lorenzana.
1 lemon
black pepper
Once washed, pepper chicken breasts and sprinkle a few drops of lemon.
Coat a nonstick skillet (hot) Lorenzana salted butter and place the chicken breasts.
Cook 10 min. approx. Be at its best when you get a caramel-colored.
Serve with any side dish: mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, white rice...
