Peaches roasted salted butter
4 ripe peaches
50 g butter salt Lorenzana
1 lemon
1 vanilla pod
50 g brown sugar
Preheat oven to 210 ° C.
Wash peaches without peeling. Split them in half to take out the bone.
Place on an oven safe bowl with cut side up.
Mix the vanilla with lemon juice. Add pieces of butter with salt Lorenzana on peaches, sprinkle with brown sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Place halfway up the oven and roast for 30 minutes, basting peaches occasionally with cooking juices.
Serve hot.
