Brownie

1 tablet of chocolate for dessert

Imperial 220 g Butter

4 eggs, 220 g sugar, 70 g of flour and nuts

Vanilla ice cream to accompany

Melt the chocolate with the butter.

Mix eggs with sugar and then add the chocolate and butter, not too hot, and flour. You can also add chopped walnuts broken.

Place the dough in a round pan with high edges, well buttered, and put in oven at 180 º for 30 minutes.

To serve: Melt the rest of the chocolate (mixed with 5 tablespoons of milk). Serve the sauce warm over a ball of vanilla ice cream.
