Coffee fritters
4 tsp instant coffee
200 g flour
100 g icing sugar
5 eggs
Imperial 100 g butter
250 g of water
1 lemon rind
1 pinch salt

Pour the water, butter Imperial, salt, bark limóny instant coffee in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add the flour, stirring with a spatula until a paste is apparent from the walls of the pan.
Remove from heat and mix the eggs one at a time. After mixing everything, is ready for frying.
Fry the balls of dough into an oiled pan. The pellets should not be larger than a hazelnut.
Allow to swell until it caught a golden hue.
Drain the oil using absorbent paper and sprinkle with sugar.
