Vegetables with butter
100 g carrots
100 g cauliflower
100 g pumpkin
100 g broccoli
1 tablespoon butter with salt Lorenzana
1 cup water
Pepper
Once washed, cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Heat the water and pour the vegetables. When it starts to boil, count 5 minutes and cover the pan.
Drain all the water well. Grease a pan of salted butter Lorenzana. Add the vegetables and spoon pepper.
Cover and cook 5 to 10 min depending on whether you want a less harsh maso consistency.
